Request History and Privacy

Your creation remains accessible to you, even if it joins the library. You do not pay a second time to download it. A failure without usable results refunds your credits. If CAPIT’s provider budget blocks your order, its completion is offered, and a one-time compensation is added to your wallet.

Contribution Terms

Version dated November 7, 2026. By leaving 'For me only' unchecked and confirming generation, you authorize CAPIT, on a non-exclusive basis, to retain, reproduce, adapt previews, describe, translate, distribute, and offer the result in its library, including in its paid offers, subject to provider rights and pre-publication checks. You retain personal access to the result. This authorization does not cover the publication of your original request, reference files, or identity.

You must have the necessary permissions for references and represented individuals. Generation does not guarantee exclusivity or copyright ownership of the result. Any publication in the library undergoes a separate verification process.
